RETURN POLICY

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

Shopremib.com accepts the following payment methods:

Your credit card will be charged immediately once your order is placed.

When you enter your credit card information on Shopremib.com, it is safe and secure. Remi B Boutique uses industry-standard protocol, SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) to encrypt and secure your information. 

 

Please note any order that is placed under another card holder's name with a different bill to and ship to address may require up to 5 extra business days for processing. If the credit card processing company cannot verify the ship to recipient and address the order may be cancelled in full. 

We do not adjust previous purchases to sale prices or promos once the original order has been placed.

 

PROMOTIONAL OFFERS:

An offer cannot be combined with any sales/discount codes. If a discount code is used the offer will not be granted. Promotional offers cannot be applied to any past purchases.

 

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES:

You will be given an option at checkout to purchase insurance on your package.  If you unselect the insurance option we will not be held liable for packages that are lost, damaged or stolen. If a claim needs to be filed for your package purchased with insurance, the claims process may take up to 14 days to be approved and up to 45 days to be approved for all international orders.

 

RETURN POLICY:

Online Orders (Shipped Returns)

  • Returns must be postmarked within 20 days of the order date to qualify for a full refund.
  • Returns postmarked after 20 days may be refused or subject to a 20–30% restocking fee at our discretion.

In-Store Purchases & In-Store Returns:

  • Items returned within 7 days of purchase qualify for a full refund.
  • Items returned within 20 days of purchase qualify for store credit only.
  • Returns after 20 days will not be accepted.

 

ITEM CONDITION REQUIREMENTS:

All returned merchandise must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and free of damage, stains, odors, pet hair, makeup, or deodorant.
  • Returned with all original tags and vendor hangtags attached (if applicable).
  • Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or returned to sender at the customer’s expense.

 

FINAL SALE & NON REFUNDABLE ITEMS:

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Items marked Final Sale or "Sale"
  • Hair accessories
  • Undergarments
  • Jewelry
  • Bodysuits

If a final sale item arrives damaged and a replacement is available, a replacement will be issued. Refunds will only be issued if a replacement is unavailable and the item is returned within 14 days of return authorization.

 

SHOES:

  • Shoes must be returned in their original shoebox without damage.
  • Damaged shoeboxes are subject to a 50% restocking fee.

 

DAMAGED OR WORN ITEMS:

  • Items returned worn, stained, damaged, or altered may be refused or subject to cleaning or restocking fees at our discretion.

 

RETURN SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY (ONLINE ORDERS):

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • We strongly recommend using tracked and insured shipping.
  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged return packages.
  • Returns that do not meet policy requirements will be returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.

 

DAMAGED ITEMS UPON DELIVERY:

  • Any damaged or defective items must be reported within 72 hours of delivery via our Contact Us page.
  • Once a return is authorized, merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the order date to qualify for a refund (unless otherwise stated above).


INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:

  • All above applicable policies apply to international orders.
  • Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.



REFUNDS & PROCESSING:

  • Refunds will be processed within approximately 10 business days after we receive your return, please check tracking information for delivery of your return package as we will only email you once your refund/credit has been completed. Returns for store credit will be processed free of charge. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • No refunds will be made on returns accepted past the 30 day mark.
  • Store Credit can be used online at our website, www.shopremib.com or in-store. Store Credit will be issued in the form of a GIFT CARD via email.
  • Store credit never expires. Store credit is provided in U.S. Dollars.
    Your use of the Store Credit constitutes your agreement to our Terms and conditions.

 

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS:

  • Any item that could not be fulfilled will automatically be refunded to the original form of payment.  We cannot issue refunds to any other payment method or card. Please note if a GIFT CARD or PRE-PAID card was used please retain the card # for your reference as we will refund those if paid with as original payment method.
